In the network marketing world today, there is virtually every type of product imaginable. Whether you want environmental, organic, health, info or e -books, the list is endless. Whatever your passion is, whatever your personality type is, you most certainly have whole lot to choose from.

And this is a good thing.

But the truth is, that no matter how great the product may be or no matter how new or great the company is, etc, etc, ..... People do not like to sold anything. You don't and neither do I.

People like to choose to purchase something, they like to select for themselves, and they love it when they can try out something for free.

This is one important truth, which when used effectively, will actually make it easier for the ones doing the actual promoting of their product. After all it's much easier to give something then to Sell something.

And if the product fills a certain niche, or perhaps fills a currently popular need, that only makes it easier. The product should be able to sell itself!

So here are is a checklist of things to keep in mind when looking into network marketing products:

The Product You Choose:

1.As mentioned above, this should be a product that fills a particular niche and it's even better when that market is growing such as dietary or medical for the health industry or a new and unusual product for effective marketing in saturated or highly competitive industries. Think women & baby boomer here.

The Quality

2. Now this actually still falls into the category above, but there are a few things to be considered here, for instance, do you have a passion for this product because of it's high quality? If you do, it will really come across to your target audience. Does it come with a guaranteed, money back policy, if not you should be wondering why.

The Price:

3.Check out the current pricing first and foremost if your product is a common one. It has to have that competitive edge so it should be competitively priced as well.

The Lead/Sales Generators:

4. Does the product have a sample? Free samples are your advertising tool. They generate good-will, and that leads to potential customers, Note: This should be relatively inexpensive to keep your costs at bay. In the case of certain products where a sample isn't really an option, a Flyer or pamplet should be available, It should fully explain all about the product in colorful detail, convincing the customer why he or she needs this product or simply, why the potential customer would love the product.

When all the above needs have been met, and you have chosen what you have a real desire to sell, then you will find yourself not really selling at all! Because now, You will simply be offering and talking about something you love! And that takes the selling out of selling completely!

Are you tired of the same online marketing that is out there? Are you as sick as I am with all these e book course put out by these internet marketing scammers, uh I mean internet marketing gurus that say they are going you to help become rich online but never truly deliver. I mean where does it all end? I have bought into so many of theses broken promises.

But I have found a few (very few) that had a little help full information. But there always seemed little pieces of the puzzle missing.The main thing is a real plan to follow and there was no one to go to when you were confused or stuck.

Well there are few e books I found help full.. And I think there are a few marketing gurus out there on the internet that think there are helping.

But it seems that most can not understand that when some one is just starting out trying to build a online business that do not have tech skills or experience need more than just a e book). And alot of these membership sites have forums that they tell you to post your questions to ,but these usually has either a bunch of people just as clueless as you are,or people who just try to get you to purchase what they are trying to sell. This really bothers me because they are taking advantage of people who were there seeking help.

Here is something I had to learn the hard way, no matter what what the sales copy says there is no push button over night rags to riches system out there.You are going to have to put time and effort into your online business. There is a lot you have to learn.

And the best advice I can give is never give up, stick with it and keep a positive mind set.(something I have alot of trouble with) and you might want to read "Think and grow rich" by Napoleon Hill. For a book that is about 100 years old it is a big help in the way you think about things and the way you think about gaining wealth.

Network marketing is something that promises so much to so many (20,000 people join a network marketing business every week in America). Yet it seems to deliver so little (97% of those 20,000 fail) Why is that? Well, most of them have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

The seven secrets that I am about to share with you briefly are very well-known in the marketing world. In fact, so well-known that I can only just call them secrets. Yet I guarantee to you they will be precious pearls of wisdom in your eyes.

Network marketing attracts, by it's very nature, people pursing a career in marketing, yet have absolutely NO IDEA how to market. Have you ever heard of a pilot flying an aircraft with absolutely no training? Or a surgeon doing surgery without having trained first? Of course not!! The idea is crazy!! Yet how many of you have no idea about how to market, and have not completed any training for your chosen path to financial freedom.

Well, first off, in marketing, what I am about to share with you is GUARANTEED! The reason I can say that, is that I have seen it produce results time and time again. Action is not about hitting home runs, signing up 10 distributors in a week. It's about baby steps, every day, over an extended period of time. (4) Showcase your products benefits - do you know what your product does for people? Obvious question, but a lot of network marketers still could not list off 15 major benefits without really thinking about it. How does it help them? What does it help them to do better? Do they live longer? Run faster? Have less pain? Save money? Be safer? How long does it take to work? What results can YOUR consumer expect when taking YOUR product?

(5) Develop a telephone skillset - you want to be successful? Think outside your home town. If you do that, the only way you can reach them in a personable manner, is through the telephone. A telephone skillset is one of the single most valuable tools in a network marketers arsenal. It is a skill that is LEARNED, not something you are gifted with from birth.

(6) Develop a written word skillset - being able to talk to people through paper as if you were actually there. Direct them to you, so you can fill their need/want/desire for your product or service. Again another must.

(7) Learn how to teach (5) and (6) to others - enough said. Again, despite what people tell you, leadership is a skill, not a gift. Anyone can learned it, provided they are willing to.

When someone starts an online business, and many do, they tend to think that they know what they are doing. In other words, they don't have a clue. Everyone keeps telling them that they need a nice looking website, throw some affiliate programs on it, advertise at free classifieds pages, and watch the money roll in. Easy money, right? That's what they think.

"I don't need anyone to show me how to do this. It shouldn't be hard at all. Actually, it should be a walk in the park." Many people probably think like that. So they advertise here and there. Free classifieds. Free advertising. Maybe some forum posting every day. Free traffic, right?

A few days go by. Then a few weeks go by and they only made about $30 in sales in one month. Many continue to do this and think that if they keep doing the same thing, maybe a miracle will happen.

Not so......

It so very true that the online work at home arena is highly competitive. If you are doing the same thing and keep getting the same results over and over again, not only are you killing your potential for online success, but you are allowing other competitors to pass you by. The only thing that you need to do is to stop and find someone who is already succeeding with their online business. Become like an investigator. Investigate what they do EXACTLY on a daily basis that created that wealth for them.

Here are a few good pointers on what you can do to succeed online:

1) Start Getting Educated......

Again, find someone who is very successful online and see what they are doing on a daily basis that creates their success. Do some detailed research online as to what methods and techniques are working for them and others. You can not succeed if you keep associating yourself with people who aren't successful online. So you need to take yourself by the hands and start to associate with successful online friends.

2) You need an Auto-responder.....

Before I go into explaining this subject, it is important that you know that you will want to work with an opt in email subscribers who will come to your site and give you their personal permission to send them periodic emails. What you will not want to do is to buy email subscribers. If you do buy them and send them your emails, then this can kill you and your online reputation.

Having and opt-in email list will allow you to free up lots of your time because your prospects will be receiving messages from you periodically and automatically. The nice thing about email marketing is that instead of you having to call them each time you want to promote something, which will take you forever, your auto-responder system will be working for you while you go out and have fun.

Imagine having an opt in list of 10,000 subscribers. If you were to call each one of them to promote one of your programs, think how long it will take you to reach all of them. It would be impossible for you. With email, you can contact them all in a matter of a few seconds or minutes. You write one email and hit the "submit" button, and you are all done.

"If I don't get an auto-responder and email subscribers, will this cut my chances of succeeding online?"

I am not saying that it will, but if you do get one, your income will just keep growing all the time as your subscribers do.

3) Find a mentor

After you find someone who is very successful online, email them and tell them that you will want to work with them one on one if it is possible. Don't try going into their training thinking that you know it all. Listen and follow each guideline that they are recommending to you.

This person will be your mentor. Your coach and most of all, your friend.

By stepping out and trying a proven way to make money online, you will begin to see that you too can make a nice income online. And the best advice that I can also give you is to never ever give up. A lot of people are making nice incomes online and so can you. Believe in yourself and you will succeed.
